1. Purpose of Services

StaySure provides secure, employer funded online consultations and support services to employees and organizations. The Services are designed to improve workplace well-being, employee engagement, and professional growth.

StaySure is NOT a medical or emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact 911 or your local emergency service.

2. Eligibility

​

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If your consultations are funded by an employer, your access may depend on your employer's active participation in StaySure's programs.

3. Account Registration

​

To schedule consultations or access employer-funded benefits, you may be required to create an account. you agree to:

Provide accurate, current information 

​

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and

​

Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

​

StaySure is NOT responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

​

4. Employer-Funded Access

​

Employers who partner with StaySuremay provide employees access to certain consultations or services at no cost to the employee. Employer participation is subject to an agreement between StaySure and the employer. StaySure may verify your eligibility before confirming appointments.

We may share limited usage reports with employers in aggregated or anonymized form, but we do NOT share personal or session content without your consent.

5. Confidentiality

​

All consultations are conducted in private and are subject to strict confidentiality.

Personal information, session content, or identifiable details will not be shared with your employer or third parties unless required by law or explicitly authorized by you.

6. Payment Terms

​

If you use any service not covered by your employer-funded program, you agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

​

StaySure does not store full payment card details.

​

7. Cancellations and Refunds

​

Appointment cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged a fee unless otherwise covered by employer policy.

Refunds are issued only in accordance with our cancellation policy or applicable law.

​

8. Use of Website

​

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful or harmful activities;

​

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;

​

Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; or

​

Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

StaySure is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or losses resulting from third-party systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StaySure and its affiliates are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability, in any case, will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or $100-whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StaySure, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
